if it is indeed a warranted plagiarism, it should've been bought to everyone's attention. The album is out for months now; we hear nothing. This accusation is backed up by nothing more than a personal perspective. If it is not supported by a whole lot, it will be forgotten.

I've just been reading through this whole thread/argument. I am a Henley AND Alanis fan, and I do not hear any pronounced similarities between the two songs. I must admit I'm quite baffled by JackSmith07's crying plagiarism.

The differences are THAT huge that there are almost no similarities.. go and search for Jen ai marre from Alizee and compare it with Viva la Vida from Coldplay..
