@38mercy46grace No, you failed to address the question. Explain the contradiction in Xtian's beliefs. Many say God doesn't interfere with earthly life, He allows things to take their course as a matter of free will. Other Xtians say that God sometimes answers prayers, thereby intervening in earthly affairs at the request of the person praying. Some Xtians even carry both these beliefs simultaneously - a total contradiction. Explain your fellow Xtians confusion, & what the real Gospel says

@arnagee590 ..Hi..it is not a contradiction at all..God in his word promises to answer his peoples prayers & the deepest of there hearts desires..you have 2 believe it..its part of a believers walk of faith and hope in they're living God. You have to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior... The disasters and horrors we face today are also spoke of in the bible and are part of what we believe to be called the end times..and Jesus's second comming.Does that help?

1) OK, believers, answer this…. If God created humans with free will, & He doesn’t interfere so that whatever happens is the result of our free will & personal decisions & actions, then WHY do you talk so much about God answering prayers & “saving your grandmother who was dying in hospital”, etc… That’s not letting free will run its course. You can’t have it both ways. Continued in next comment…

2) … When Atheists criticize the concept of a loving God because of all the disasters & horrors on earth, you use the excuse of free will & God’s non-interference in earthly affairs. Then when Atheists criticize the effectiveness of prayer, you turn around & say God answers prayers & intervenes in situations that you are praying will turn out differently that where they’re headed. BIG CONTRADICTION!!
