@W3NDY23 I personally find that acoustic has a nicer sound than classical, it is also easier to play and can play a wider range of songs effectively. The classical guitar is slightly more selective in its capibilities, but not a 'lesser' guitar by any means. Hope this helps.

I have a question: what type of guitar would be best to learn how to play guitar? I've never done it before. I'm sure I dont want to play electric guitar, I'm trying to choose between classical or accoustic! I hope someone can help me. Thanks!

@NazaaGuitar or the G and L tribute ASAT HB in Blackcheck their web site for some great guitar porn!

@leuwenharty epiphone are crap.I have never heard of the 'brothers' guitars. Look up the Ibanez art core range on their web site and then compare them with semi hollow teles by G and L on their web site, esp. the 'tribute' range. I am semi professional musician with 3 albums to my name. There are no savings to be made buying cheap and nasty instruments. You can't polish a turd!.

@taariqtaariq thanx, but do you know if Epiphone or Jack and Danny Brothers semi-acoustic guitars are good at a price range of about 200 to 300 euros (thats about 260 to 390 dollars) ...?regards =)
