She, the woman this song was dedicated too, loved bagpipes. They were here favorite instrument. The night before they released the song, Micheal smith had a dream where god told him to put in bagpipes. When he called the family to let them know, they told him about how their daughter loved them.

It's great he was able to capitalize on the shootings and make a nice profit.

Anyone know the story of the Bagpipes?
RadioN2GOD (August 21, 2008 at 4:39 am)
(Nearly 50 years old now and if I live to be 120 (God willing) there will never be a time when this song doesn't make me shed some tears because I know the story behind it and if I had been there in her position again,(God forbid), as I have been before, I'd know beyond all doubt that I'd have given the same answer she did, God help me, I would. But I survived the few times it happened to me, Lord knows why. For some reason they did not pull their triggers... (Continued below)

(Continuation from above)...maybe because the people who held me at gunpoint were much older men than the boys who attacked Columbine and maybe a little wiser and not suicidal like the boys at Columbine, I can only speculate, but may God bless that dear girl with all the joy she missed to die so young rather than betray our Lord with her lips. God bless her and the good people who raised her. And God protect us all from having to face such a test! In the name of Yah'shua, Amen.

I pray that I would be able to pass the test that cassie did. She is an inspiration to every believer. We know that she is in heaven with her savior even now. I would say that it was worth the trial! Go CASSIE!!! |
