@bubblejuiceman I don't like the way my voice sounds when I listen to myself. But whenever I sing for someone they adore it. You may be suffering from the same thing as I am- I'm hardest of myself and overly critical of my sound. Learn to love your on unique style and build confidence that, as he says, nobody else sounds like you. :)

@lauls85 It definitely can. Exercising can also clear some 'fat' from the throat area. That would lift your voice and give it a higher range. Fat in the neck area can lower your voice.
