so if an individual member of our species was raised in positive enviroment the intelligence actually increases every generation however when human stupidity gets in the way intelligence decreases thanks to to negative enviroments such as parental neglect.

Sorry but I still don't get what you mean. Flynn makes an argument that the environment has the potential to makes people more intelligent, not how you think, or is that what you were referring to when you said that "he's saying the way we think makes us smarter..."What's "part of the big picture?"Are you disagreeing with Flynn?

The statement he makes at about 9:15 about Africans having same IQ as whites in the early 20th century is also interesting. What did you mean by the last statement "It's time to get Real!" may I ask? I am surprised that such a small number of people viewed this video. I think you should consider renaming it so that the title holds more keywords.Perhaps something like "Flynn effect-IQ is on the rise" or something along those lines. This is a great video and I would hope more would get to see it.

Good video. Thanks for posting. I was aware before this video that there were differences in IQ between different races and to be honest I was pessimistic about the situation but this video gave me some new hope. I'm referring to the closing IQ gap between whites and blacks (2:30-2:35) and the statement that Flynn makes shortly afterwards about blacks having the same IQ as whites at birth but then begin to lag behind.
