Not really i simply dispense with all the imagery of men in robes and ropes for belts and sandals, angels with wings, we 3 kings, christmas and easter. None of that is supported by scripture. Nothing but Christian fairy tales NOT the truth. Then look at the age of the universe and perform some 'rational' thinking while reading, read what isnt said as much as what is said. And you'll find that science supports the existence of God rather than counter his preeminance.

John 1:1-5 explains it best "Christ is the word of made manifest in the flesh" He referred to himself as the son. Unitarians and Trinitarians have long had this argument. I can offer no better explanation than that. Sorry. Try to look at it this way Christ walked out of God as an intermediary between us and a pure being. Forget all the renaissance paintings imagery of angels w/wings etc and look at it from a more scientific perspective. "they created us in thier likeness"

Please look up the very word 'rationalism' in the dictionary. Sorry you've been harmed by 'organized religion' to be deprived the truth because the truth is far and away NOT based on feelings. While some can only express it THROUGH feelings, the 'feeling' doesnt invalidate nor validate any truths about Yahweh. PS He loves you.

This has long been a dispute of mine and geuss what? Not with the world but with Pastors, Rev, Ministers of the Protestant branch who tell me: "try telling that to some 21 yr old" or "oh, thats just legalism" or "We speak english here in the US" huh? Some problem with calling the Great I am by His sacred name?
