I kno exactaly what this song is talking about. It is sayiny that we are either on fire for God or we are not (or even worse, not saved. Its saying how he is somewhat in the middle. In the Bible it says that if you are lukewarm, God will spit you out of His mouth. This song is telling us not to be 'somewhere in the middle.'

I think it means you cannot prove God by scientific means because belieiving in God is only what we can do with our heart because you are saved by having a relationship not by trying to sum up God hes too big for that.

It does not have to do so much with education in general, but what it is being taught. How can we believ in a personal God when schools kick out God and welcome in Darwin.We are led by faith, and it is through faith that we look for evidence of our convictions. For example, creationists use the exact same evidence as evolutionists and come to a very different result. Both begin with a philosophical premise. Either God exists, or God does not exist. Schools don't teach that, and it is sad.

Suggesting? The bible is quite funny on this - it says the wisdom of the wise will be demolished because they rely on intelligence - a faith based on intelligence is a no-goer. I reckon i am intelligent - got some good grades and a good noggin for worldly views, but still manange to hold a belief in God and have a faith based on the unseen, not the seen. x

Besides the "stupid", Thanks for the compliment! The Bible is the guide to life. When you write your essay, really think about what the song means. Then when you are in a situation, you wont be caught in the middle. You will go the way that God says is right! God Bless You!!
