@ravph We're talking about the holiest name in earth. "Hallowed be Your name." You don't handle His name the way you handle common names. It was a mistake made due to the shift from Middle English to Early Modern English. The name "Jesus" was manufactured by man in error. It's more accurate to call Him "Savior" in English if you want a true translation. Ask Him with an open heart. How does He want His name hallowed? Ask Him. It's a tradition of man to call Him "Jesus." GBY in ALL truth & spirit.

@giddalti hello whats in a name. if we mean the name Jesus to be Yeshua as you have suggested, i believe there is no power being deminished. The bible we often read only tells of Jesus.... specially in the new testaments. Well, the matter is a matter of semantics..yes you are right , there is no sweeter name than Yeshua and so is Jesus...God bless you brother....

@jcisL69 I can't answer something that I've not witnessed. I'm only trying to share some truth. God works with people where they are. When I was in the Catholic church, practicing idolatry, God did miracles for me. He knew the miracles would draw me closer to him Soon, the truth of His word set me free of false doctrine. The name "Jesus" was created 400 years ago. Before then, that name did not exist. Give his real name a try. Ask Him. Ask Him for more; He'll give you more. GBY in Yeshua!
