I used to listen to her music before she was really well known, and loved to worship the Lord while listening to it. I stopped buying anything she put out, when she committed adultery and I never heard her repent publicly for taking another women's husband but instead called this man her soulmate. I will pray for her. We all have sinned and come short of the glory of God; but, there has to be repentance, and if not - the bible is very clear not to associate with a believer that lives in sin.

Amy Grant is a wonderful person who has been a symbol all through my life.I have never in my life had a moment when I said,"oh she's not with God", even when the press dogged her over the divorce, All she said is; "That's not fair".If her voice is a problem, she will deal w/it. The rest is in God's hands and I'd listen if she whispered her songs.--with love--Jill and River

I Love Amy's voice both then and now! I think she has a lot of character now with her voice, its low and raspy, I LOVE that quality. Back then it was more smooth and higher but I think she has improved. Wonderfully done and I Love it!! BTW, ANY of the Lee Strobel books are great---he really got a lot of great info and SCIENTIFIC, Love the whole Evolution debunking in there...never believed Evolution EVER

i See.. I think she was taught relatively recently to sing through her Stomach, to give her more Depth.....Her Voice on 'Behind the Eyes' though Is 'Full of Light', even when she seemed to be at a 'really Low Ebb'.I suppose I just Love the experiential voice of Enduring Longsuffering....It Shows To me.Grace be With You. LEE.

No, she's lost her voice, now couldn't even touch what she did in this video. She's had vocal problems since the late 80s, after Lead Me On. Check out her Age to Age concert from 1982. That's when she was in her prime. And I'm commenting on vocal issues only, this has nothing to do with her character or strength.
